First Quarter of 2023 Dining Spots

by | May 5, 2023 | Welcome to Naples

This month’s column spotlights many of the restaurants that opened for the first time during the first three months of 2023. As expected, the first quarter of the year introduced many new dining spots in the Naples area. Target opening dates remained a moving target for local restaurants, of course. The restaurant uses fresh, locally sourced ingredients to create house-made fare such as tuna tartare, pasta carbonara, and whole branzino. Lunch and dinner are served 11:30 a.m. to 9 p.m. daily and the full bar remains open later, said Gabriele Cotza, a native of Milan, Italy, who co-owns the restaurant with Filippo Butelli, a Tuscany native.
